Refund Policy
Effective date: March 21, 2026
This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted for purchases made on the ArkNet platform, including prepaid Compute Token Packages.
1. Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller, Paddle.com Market Ltd. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. While ArkNet approves and authorizes refunds based on this policy, the actual financial transaction and return of funds are processed securely by Paddle.
2. Digital Goods and Consumed Tokens
ArkNet provides prepaid "Compute Tokens" that are used to execute workloads on our distributed GPU network. Because these are digital goods that incur immediate infrastructure costs upon use:
- Tokens that have already been consumed via API execution are strictly non-refundable.
- Partial refunds are not provided for partially used Token Packages.
- Tokens do not expire, so unused balances will remain available in your account indefinitely.
3. Eligibility for Refunds
We want you to be confident in testing ArkNet. We will gladly issue a full refund for a Token Package purchase if all of the following conditions are met:
- The refund request is made within 14 days of the original purchase date.
- Zero (0) tokens from the purchased package have been consumed via the ArkNet API.
- The purchase was not made using promotional credits or a non-standard enterprise agreement.
If your request meets these criteria, the purchased tokens will be removed from your workspace balance, and a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
4. Exceptions and Service Outages
We may grant exceptions to our standard refund policy at our sole discretion in the following circumstances:
- Duplicate or accidental transactions caused by a system error.
- Severe, prolonged service outages that prevented you from using your tokens, provided you contact us within 7 days of the incident.
- Where required by applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
5. Chargebacks and Disputes
If you encounter an issue with your billing, we strongly encourage you to contact our support team first to resolve the matter.
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your credit card provider without first attempting to resolve the issue with ArkNet or Paddle may result in the immediate and permanent suspension of your ArkNet workspace and access to the network.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team. Include your order details to help us expedite your request:

- Please include the email address associated with your workspace.
- Please include the Paddle Order ID (found on your email receipt).
Once we verify that your unused tokens meet the eligibility criteria, we will authorize Paddle to process the refund. Please note that it may take 3-5 business days for the funds to appear on your bank or credit card statement.
